Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping? How does it work?

It usually takes me 1-3 days to get your item ready to ship. If free shipping is offered, I include item insurance with it.
I carefully wrap each item and if several items are purchased at the same time, such as jewelry, I may ship them together to save time, money and the environment!
If you run into any issues, it's important that you let me know asap, so we can get it solved!
I generally send via USPS priority mail, unless an item is large/heavy or very expensive. I may then choose ground or FedEx / UPS depending.
You, as the customer are responsible to cover the cost of reshipping an item if you provide an incorrect address.
Furniture is shipping responsibility of purchaser, unless noted.

If your item arrives damaged

We try to pack our items with great care and insure every one of them. (Our reviews rave about it). That being said, from time to time, accidents do happen in the shipping process.
If you receive an item and it is damaged, we are asking the customer to now see if they can handle the issue first. Why? Because USPS always wants to deal with the customer first and see the broken package in person. Regardless of supplied photos. We have had to eat the cost several times on broken items in the past, regardless of the insurance, because the customer did not want to bring the package to USPS or FedEX so the claim was denied. I will gladly help you every step of the way, and I hate to have to even have to do this but I no longer have an option.
